Physical Therapy is Considered an essential service. If you are not in a high-risk category and are healthy you may still continue with your therapy visits. We maintain social distancing between patients and keep our patient volume low. We sanitize the clinic, equipment, and our hands between patients. If you cannot come to the clinic, we offer alternatives to continue your therapy:
TELEHEALTH Physical Therapy: many insurances are covering it for physical therapy during the COVID-19 pandemic. CALL TODAY FOR DETAILS. (we are hoping in the next coming days Medicare with expand Telehealth coverage for the payment for therapy services. STAY TUNED!)
Mobile IN-HOME Physical Therapy: While available for all patients, for Medicare patients this is an excellent option. We follow the healthcare sanitary "scrub in / scrub out" standards. Session times are the same as in clinic sessions.
We are prepared and taking the appropriate measures as outlined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for the protection and safety of our patients and staff.
All new and existing patients must complete and pass our COVID-19 screening, monitor your health and take your temperature before each visit, and practice social distancing.
Anyone that is sick with a fever, cough, or has trouble breathing should cancel their appointment and call their primary care physician before coming into our clinic.
